​As a retail assistant it will be your responsibility to help customers with their request, answer their queries and help to make and process product sales. All whilst ensuring that customers have a memorable experience.


Working as a retail assistant is a customer-facing role that requires you to greet and interact with customers in a friendly and polite manner at all times. It can be a very rewarding role, as you continuously find new ways to meet the needs and demands of the customer. It is a role that requires a common-sense approach, with a good eye for detail.



The ideal candidate will have great teamwork skills, be patient and attentive to customers and have great attention to detail when restocking and have clear communication skills. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have good common sense to answer customers' queries.
