Job Overview

Working as Customer Care Steward is a customer facing role. It requires an individual to have clear communication skills, good personal confidence and patience. As a member of the Customer Care team, it will be your responsibility to ensure the safety of attendees at some of the UK’s largest sporting and music events. 


You may be responsible for guiding attendees to their seats, assisting with crowd control, ticketing, bag checking or a number of other duties that are essential for any major event to go ahead. This is a key role and as a customer care steward, you must have the customers safety at the fore of all duties making this a top priority at all times whilst making sure that customers have a memorable experience.



Working for GIG as a Customer Care Steward is a fun, fast-paced and rewarding role. It requires you to think on your feet, dealing with the general public, but also means you can be at some of the most exciting and memorable events in the UK.

Smart black trousers
Smart buttoned shirt with collar - black or white shirt only
High Vis jacket to be provided, at no cost to yourself
Black polished shoes with black socks and black smart belt
