  • How much does it cost?
If you’re a registered GIG Seeker, all apprenticeships and online courses can be completed free of charge. Outside of the GIG Academy, these courses carry a tuition fee of £5000 per person. Courses must be applied for and candidates will be formally interviewed upon application.
  • What if I have an emergency and can't complete my course or online work?
If you are unable to continue your apprenticeship or online course then please contact GIG directly on support@gigtogig.co.uk and stipulate the reason for having to cease your learning. Under certain circumstances, we may be able to pause your apprenticeship but, in most cases, cancelling or suddenly discontinuing your learning will result in termination from the GIG Apprenticeship or online course. However, those who cancel can re-apply.
  • Difference between Apprenticeships and Online Courses?
GIG Apprenticeships combine on-the-job learning with online course work over a 12-18 month curriculum, providing workers with an accredited certificate at the end of the course. GIG Online Learning is short-term, online training that enhances basic skills and knowledge within a particular sector, and must be completed within 6 weeks.
  • How long do I have to do each course?
Apprenticeships require a minimum attendance of 12-18 months, while online courses are designed with the intention of taking up to 6 weeks to complete. However, online courses can be completed in a shorter period of time.
