A Concierge and Guest Services Qualification will see you gain
a knowledge and understanding of how to greet and manage
the requests and process for incoming hotel guests.

As a part of your Concierge and Guest Qualification, this
course will cover:

The skill required to meet and greet customers
Sourcing local and national information on the variety
of services available for customers.
Learn the process for procurement of additional
products and services in order to meet customer needs
and business standards
The procedures for room service and recognise the
importance of following them
Book external / additional services and provide a link between
the customer and all departments within the business.
Promote services such as valet parking and stores or
transfers customers' luggage
This qualification will give you the confidence to be able to make
guests feel welcome and comfortable, and deal with customer needs
and questions in a calm and efficient manner.
